Director Cheryl Goldsmith joined the team at KTES bringing a successful track record in leadership roles in the professional services arena. Having worked in Sydney, Canberra and Melbourne for an international services group, Cheryl has solid business networks nationally and internationally. 

Her consulting experience encompasses a broad range of human resource services, systems, strategy and policy planning and change management for clients across the public and the private sector.

Graduating with a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration, Cheryl began her career in government, in Sydney then Canberra, and has spent the last ten years in professional services consulting. Her skills in executive search are enhanced by her solid experience in building a successful business.

Since joining KTES Cheryl has assisted numerous clients to identify exactly what they need and delivered outstanding candidates for roles ranging from CFO, COO and CEO to HR and Communications Directors. Cheryl has had a particular focus on government and the not-for-profit sector.
