Kathleen Townsend Executive Solutions is a company dedicated to ethical practice. As such we uphold the principles of privacy, dignity and discretion.
In line with privacy legislation, we maintain strict integrity in the management of information about individuals.
Candidates or applicants are informed of the process at the outset and all communication is logged and followed through.
Executive Search rarely operates in the public domain. We are often called upon to identify candidates for roles in confidential and sensitive situations.
Once a client has engaged us for an active search, the client company remains off- limits to Kathleen Townsend Executive Solutions for a period of twelve months following the appointment of the selected candidate. The appointed candidate remains off-limits for the duration of his or her employment with the client company. |
