Executive search rarely operates in the public domain. We are often called upon to identify candidates for roles in confidential and sensitive situations. The company has designed its processes and trained staff to operate with the utmost discretion.

Once a client has engaged us for an active search, the client company remains off-limits to Kathleen Townsend Executive Solutions for a period of twelve months following the appointment of the selected candidate. The appointed candidate remains off-limits for the duration of his or her employment with the client company.
