We therefore quote a fixed fee based on the seniority of the role and the degree of difficulty entailed in the assignment. The fee is agreed at the outset and there are no monthly fees and no hidden extras.

A typical search takes eight weeks. While the time lines may vary due to client or candidate availability, all other aspects including the quality and fees will not.
