Now a Director, Sally Clark has been with the firm since its inception in 1999. She joined having had experience in the research teams of three international search firms in Australia and New Zealand.

Sally commenced her career in executive search recruiting senior executives and technical specialists to the Middle East in the early 90s. She has since worked with a diverse range of clients from small NGOs to global companies and the Australian and New Zealand Governments.   

Sally particularly enjoys working in close partnership with clients on those “impossible to fill” roles requiring unique combinations of skills. She has been involved in recruiting candidates from around the globe to roles based in all major capital cities as well as regional and remote areas. She has sourced candidates from Alaska to Antarctica and trained the research team to find the best and brightest candidates wherever they are in the globe.

Sally graduated with a Bachelor of Business in Marketing and a Bachelor of Arts in language and literature from Monash University. She has a strong interest in social policy and corporate social responsibility and particularly enjoys working with organisations who actively support community engagement.
